Refunds and Returns

Return Policy:

Returns are only allowable for defective merchandise.  Customers interested in returns must make an inquiry by email to with a written explanation of the defect of the tape that would lead to a return.  

Refund Policy:

Once a return is accepted, Arrowhead provides complete refunds, less a 20% restocking fee.  If a refund is accepted as store credit, no restocking fee will be assessed.

Shipping for returns is paid for by the customer.  If, however, a shipment is made in error, if proven, will be returned without restocking fees or shipment charges.
