It was a tale of triumph at Churchill Downs this past weekend when the 9-2 favorite, Always Dreaming, stole the race with his focused stride through a turbid track at the 143rd Kentucky Derby.
Always Dreaming, accompanied by Jockey and Trainer, John Velazquez and Todd Pletcher, rejoiced in their first Derby win together before continuing their march through the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred racing’s 2017 season.
